What is an InCorporate Trainer?

Understand how the InCorporate Trainer delivers in-house business English training

Our InCorporate Trainers are experienced and qualified business English trainers who have been carefully selected for their competence, commitment and energy.

They work where you work

Unlike many other “in-house” solutions, our trainers don’t work out of a school, visiting your offices for classes and then returning to their company. Instead, they are embedded in your offices during the day, with a desk alongside your teams. They deliver training, help you with on-the-job support at your desk, and shadow you in action. Additionally the trainer takes responsibility for organizing and scheduling the training.

They’re available one to five days per week

Depending on the number of people you want on the program, an InCorporate Trainer is with you from between 1 day and 5 days a week.

An in-house business English trainer working a 40 hour week will usually be responsible for the business English needs of around 80 to 120 people. The exact number depends on a variety of influences such as availability, training targets and the diversity of learning needs.

Their time is flexible

A full-time InCorporate Trainer working 40 hours per week will spend at least 30 hours in direct contact with you and your team. This 30/10 split means that you benefit from trainer availability. The trainer is always on-call when you need support. Additionally, if unforeseen circumstances mean you are too busy to make a training session, the trainer can adapt his or her schedule to offer alternatives.

The 30 hours are typically a combination of

-
GROUP TRAINING
-
ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING
-
SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS
-
SHADOWING
-
ON-THE-JOB SUPPORT
-
BLENDED LEARNING
-

The other 10 hours are typically spent on:

-
DELIVERING FEEDBACK
-
BUILDING TRAINING PLANS TO PROVIDE A STRUCTURED LEARNING PATH
-
SELECTING, ADAPTING OR BUILDING TRAINING MATERIALS WHICH FIT YOUR NEEDS
-
ADMINISTRATING THE TRAINING PROGRAM (INVITATIONS, PARTICIPATION TRACKING)
-
DRIVING MOTIVATION AND PARTICIPATION

Executive Mentor.

What is executive mentoring?

Executive mentoring involves the processes of executive coaching, but in a mentoring context. A mentor is an experienced and trusted adviser who takes a custodial interest in the progress of an other.
Mentors are often appointed within an organisation, both to give experience to the mentor and to foster the progress or more junior staff. For a senior executive, this might not be possible and the organisation must look outside to an organisation like Brefi Group.

What does an executive mentor do?

A mentor will help an executive assess his or her performance, to obtain confidential feedback in individual strengths and weaknesses, and to learn new skills and behaviours. The mentor will help the executive build a valuable network and might also introduce him/her to his own contacts. Mentors take a long term approach to furthering the executive's career.Mentors are likely to be older and more experienced than the executives they mentor.
